3/7/25 Conditions Report

10:00 Conditions Update: Our first day of Extended Hours is off to a great start with mostly sunny skies and ,it’s of acreage to explore. The groomers are in great conditions, with crisp conditions near the summit and softer snow lower on the mountain. Off-piste areas are variable and mostly firm. With temperatures likely to rise above freezing in the afternoon, we can expect things to soften up and slow down as the day progresses, especially around Midway and below. We’re ready to make the most of a beautiful day, with Chairs 1, 2, and all surface lifts operating until 6pm for two bonus hours! Happy Friday, and we hope to see you up here as you get off work or out of school.

6:30 Conditions Report: Another beautiful sunrise greets us this morning in preparation for a great day on the mountain. Temperatures in the Base Area and at Midway peaked above freezing yesterday and have since cooled back down into the mid-twenties overnight. Temperatures at the summit stayed in the high twenties yesterday and remained fairly consistent overnight. Look for crisp, smooth corduroy this morning on the groomed runs with the softer turns found on the AM (midnight to opening) groomed runs. It looks to be a sunny day full of smooth cruising and smiles but the fun isn’t going to end at 4pm…

Today we are excited to have our first afternoon of Twilight operations with Chairs 1, 2, and all surface lifts continuing to run until 6pm! These added hours will give everyone that much more time to enjoy the longer days on the mountain! We have new Twilight tickets available (valid 1pm to close) as well as new Twilight offers in Rentals and Ski School.

See you on the mountain!
