10:00 Conditions Update: It’s a wonderful Monday on The Ridge! Skies are bright and blue and temperatures on the lower mountain are mild, with breezy weather near the summit. Conditions are pretty variable currently, with groomed runs varying from firm toward soft as you descend the mountain. Off-piste, south-facing aspects are already softening in the sunshine while firm conditions remain on shadier slopes that weren’t groomed earlier this morning. We can expect temps to warm up a bit more while weather otherwise will remain stable. It’s one of those days where you could lap these lifts all day long. We’ll see you out there!
6:30 Conditions Report: The start of a new week brings more sunny days to The Ridge and a chance to enjoy our wide open slopes without a lift line in sight. Today will be a great day to cruise some groomers and potentially venture off-piste later in the day. To start the morning, groomed runs should be in crisp condition for some carving, while off-piste will hold primarily firm surfaces after temperatures dipped into the 20s overnight. As the day warms up, snow surfaces will soften both on- and off-piste. Temperatures at the base area will likely reach into the low 40s this afternoon, so we are likely to enjoy some spring conditions on the lower mountain, while the summit will be chillier and may take longer to soften up. It’s another great day to enjoy our spacious runs and drink in these incredible views over the Wenatchee Valley.
