10AM Report:Â There are blue skies, buttery soft corduroy, and scattered clouds making for another gorgeous day at Mission Ridge! The groomed runs are absolutely spectacular today, but be prepared for them to be noticeably firmer once you are below Midway Lodge. Off the groomed runs are mostly variable conditions, but you can also find some wind loaded areas offering fun turns. As the day progresses be on the lookout snow, cloudier skies, and some wind rolling in.
Early Morning Report: With a 70% chance of 1-3 inches of snow today, we’re in for another great day at Mission Ridge! It’s looking like partly cloudy skies out there with temps in the teens and wind chill values as low as -8 so be prepared for a chillier day. To start the morning off we’re expecting semi-firm groomed runs with the corduroy getting less firm as you make your way up the mountain. Off-piste and ungroomed runs will be variable. Mission Ridge is stoked to welcome the Special Olympics to the mountain today through Sunday! You can check out the ski and snowboarding action on Mimi where the Lil’ Bombers Park is, Elip, Upper Chak Chak, and Lower Skookum this weekend. These runs will be closed for the races.
Please stay on open runs and respect all rope lines/trail closures, as they are there for your safety.
