10am Update: Hats off to the grooming crew for providing some sweet turns out there this morning. Soft-smooth surface conditions are sugaring out a bit and becoming more variable and firmer as the morning wears on. The cloud level is dropping to the Base Area, and visibility is decreasing across the mountain. We wait anxiously for the forecast snow to start to fall and have our fingers crossed that we see some new snow by the end of the day today and potentially 10″+ of new by tomorrow morning!
Early Morning Report:Â The end of the weekend is here but the start of the next round of snow may just be getting started! Forecasts are calling for the potential of 1″-3″ of new snow during the day today, with another 6″-10″ possible overnight tonight. While we await the next refresh, we’ll be sliding on nice groomed conditions that will be softest first thing in the morning and become more variable and firmer over the course of the day. Designated groomed runs will be the place to stay today due to conditions off-piste. Open terrain and groomed runs may be limited. Low coverage in places. Please stay on open runs and respect all rope lines/trail closures, as they are there for your safety.
