12/29 Night Conditions Report

4pm Night Conditions Report: It’s been a great Sunday on The Ridge, and the weekend isn’t over quite just yet: we’re open for another 5 hours until 9pm! As per our usual night ski operations, we’ll be spinning 3 of our 4 chairs in addition to running all our surface lifts for a total vertical drop of 2250 feet. It snowed a bit overnight and a few more flurries struck today, adding onto the consistent snowfall we’ve been getting throughout the week, so there’s plenty of soft stuff across the mountain. Conditions will be variable as new snow has been tossed around and piled up by skiers over the course of the day. Expect flatter, firmer conditions on the central parts of trails, while soft bumps and piles are prevalent along the edges and in less-trafficked areas.

Forecast

12/29 – A 40 percent chance of snow, mainly before 10pm. Patchy blowing snow between 7pm and 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 20. Breezy, with a west wind 17 to 22 mph, with gusts as high as 33 mph. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Lift Status*

12/29 – Chair 1, Chair 4, and all surface lifts will be open until 9pm. Chair 2 will be open until 8:30pm.

*Chairs scheduled for operation. Chair configuration may change at any time. 

Terrain**

There is no Midway or Chair 2 access from Chair 4 during Night Skiing. To access Midway and Chair 2, use Chair 1.

Low coverage in places. Please stay on open runs and respect all rope lines/trail closures, as they are there for your safety.

Night tickets are $49 for ages 25-69, $39 for ages 18-24, $29 for ages 13-17, $19 for ages 8-12, $9 for ages 7 & under and $25 for ages 70+ for tickets purchased online and in advance.
