9:30 Conditions Update: There’s some great skiing to be had today with 27 freshly groomed runs and nearly all terrain open – including 3 off-piste areas that opened yesterday for the first time this season! The sun has just struck the Bomber slopes for the first time this morning, bringing some welcome warmth to the mountain as temps currently remain in the low 20s at the summit. There are soft conditions to be found both on- and off-piste, so get out there and start exploring!
6:30 Conditions Report: The full moon is shining brightly above The Ridge this morning, illuminating mostly clear skies and the soft remnants of Friday night’s storm. Yesterday was an awesome day, and the new snowfall allowed us to open Microwave, Outback, and Bowl 4 for the first time this season! The grooming team will have made use of the fresh snow to craft some great groomed surfaces today, and many ungroomed areas will maintain some soft leftovers. With sunny skies and playful conditions, today will serve as an awesome way to wrap up the weekend.
And we won’t have to wait long for the next storm: it hits tonight, with a couple inches forecasted overnight and a couple more during the day on Monday.
See you on the mountain!
