Marginal (meaning cool but not quite cold enough for good snowmaking conditions in snowmaker language) temps kept things pretty quiet during the day on the 2nd, but by sunset, things started to cool off nicely. By the MRSM shift change at 8pm, snow guns were running from the summit to halfway down Tumwater. Fluctuating temps persisted throughout the night, but the MRSM crew was able to put out some good production into the morning of the 3rd.
