1/30/25 Conditions Report

10:00 Conditions Update: We’re enjoying the last hint of blue skies before tonight’s storm arrives with some fresh snow in the forecast! It’s another job-well-done by the grooming team, who have been keeping the on-piste surfaces in carve-able condition across the mountain. The softest snow is currently on the mid-elevation and lower slopes, with slightly firmer conditions near the summit where it’s cooler and breezier at the moment. Off-piste areas remain firm in most places. We’re excited to see out the rest of a beautiful, uncrowded day here on The Ridge, with 11 hours of skiing and riding to go!

6:30 Conditions Report: We’re looking forward to one last partly sunny day before a storm arrives tonight! It’s a great day to get out here and enjoy the sunshine above the valley inversion, as we have a chance of snow in the forecast for the entire coming week! Temperatures remained above freezing last night across most of the mountain, although the summit did dip below for a few hours. Low-elevation groomers will likely start off with the best conditions, while trails near the summit may start the day somewhat firmer – though they should soften throughout the morning. Off-piste areas will be firm as they lie in wait for tonight’s fresh snow.

For those who didn’t make it up yesterday, the 100Laps Terrain Park has a fresh build for you all to check out! We also have night skiing tonight, and the first night of Thursday Night Drags, so it’ll be a fun evening on The Ridge as the stoke for this incoming storm continues to build.

See you on the mountain!
