10:00 Conditions Update: The sun is feeling nice at the summit, where views stretch out in all directions. You can see all the way to Mt Hood from the top, and far down into the valley as you descend. The groomed runs are firm but smooth, with lower elevations being a little softer than higher elevations. Off-piste conditions are variable and firm, so it’s a great day to work on your form on the groomers! Our grooming team laid down cords on 25 runs across the mountain, so it’s a great time to spread out and find a new favorite run.
6:30 Conditions Report: Here comes the sun! To kick off the weekend we’re predicting some temperatures in the twenties and clear skies. As the temperatures drop back below freezing after the warm-up, the base has gotten pretty firm but our grooming team has been working hard to turn that into some smooth corduroy for you to enjoy. We are open for Night Skiing again tonight, so kick off the long weekend with a summit sunset and some dusky vert.
