3/13/25 Conditions Report

10:00 Conditions Update: It’s phenomenal out there, with fresh tracks galore on this amazing Thursday! Conditions on the pistes are soft, with the new snow worked smoothly into or atop the groomed surfaces. Off-piste, it’s deep and fun; the snow is of moderate density with some of the powder affected by the wind in exposed areas. Other areas have been loaded up by the west wind for some extra-deep turns. This pow’s gonna last all day and there’s a ton to explore, so it’s totally worth heading up this afternoon if you’re not already here getting after it!

9:30 Operations Update: Chair 2 is now open!

9:00 Operations Update: Chair 2 is currently on hold for avalanche mitigation. We will continue to update regarding the status of Chair 2. 100Laps Terrain Park will also have a delayed opening for snow removal.

6:30 Conditions Report: We couldn’t be more stoked for a midweek pow day at The Ridge! With 8 inches of fresh snow at the summit and 7 inches at Midway, the opportunity to call in sick is looking truly tantalizing this morning. The heaviest snow peaked in the early hours of this morning and is now tapering off, so we can expect PM-groomed runs to be adorned with a a layer of fresh snow, while morning-groomed trails will have a lighter dusting atop the corduroy. Off-piste areas will be a powdery paradise across the mountain! We hope you have a chance to pop up this morning to score the oodles of fresh tracks that are lying in wait, but if  you’re bogged down with work in the AM, fear not! Soft conditions will persist throughout the day, and plenty of stashes will remain in the coming days. This new snow is exactly the injection of excitement that we needed, and we can’t wait to share an incredible day with you all!

See you on the mountain!
