12/28 Night Conditions Report

4pm Night Conditions Report: As the sun sets on The Ridge, the action’s just getting started! With almost a foot of snow in the last three days, we’ve got great conditions across the mountain. After a full day of skiers shredding the main runs, expect variable conditions with firmer snow in central and high-traffic areas, while the edges of trails and ungroomed areas will hold softer snow and the potential for some bumps. Temperatures in the base area rose slightly above freezing today, so it’s possible that conditions could firm up as the night falls; however, areas above Midway remained below freezing throughout the day and should be unaffected. We’re stoked for our third night of night skiing in a run of ten consecutive dates!

Forecast

12/28 – Snow likely, mainly after 4am. Patchy blowing snow before 7pm. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 24. Windy, with a west wind 20 to 25 mph decreasing to 8 to 13 mph after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 37 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%. Total nighttime snow accumulation of around an inch possible.

Lift Status*

12/28 – Chair 1, Chair 4, and all surface lifts will be open until 9pm. Chair 2 will be open until 8:30pm.

Terrain**

There is no Midway or Chair 2 access from Chair 4 during Night Skiing. To access Midway and Chair 2, use Chair 1.

Low coverage in places. Please stay on open runs and respect all rope lines/trail closures, as they are there for your safety.

OPEN at 8am each day. 

Night tickets are $59 for ages 25-69, $49 for ages 18-24, $39 for ages 13-17, $29 for ages 8-12, $9 for ages 7 & under and $35 for ages 70+ for tickets purchased online and in advance.
