1/17 Night Conditions Report

4:15 Report: Chair 2 will be closed for the remainder of the day and night due to high winds and forecast for high winds tonight. Chairs 1, 4 and all surface lifts are planned open for Night Skiing until 9pm. We’ve received 4″ of new snow in the last 24 hours with 2″ of that coming during the day today. Surface conditions will be a mix of powder and packed powder tonight.

The month of January is dedicated to promoting skier and rider responsibility and mountain safety. Resorts across the country participate every year to educate skiers and snowboarders about being safe and using common sense on the slopes. Make sure you know the Responsibility Code to help everyone have the best day out on the mountain.

Forecast

1/17 – Areas of blowing snow and a chance of snow before 1am. Mostly cloudy. Low around 9, with temperatures rising to around 13 overnight. Wind chill values as low as -1. West wind 8 to 25 mph, with gusts as high as 38 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.

1/17 – Chairs 1, 4 and all surface lifts are planned open for Night Skiing until 4pm. Chair 2 is closed tonight due to high winds.

Terrain**

There is no Midway or Chair 2 access from Chair 4 during Night Skiing. To access Midway and Chair 2, use Chair 1.

Early season conditions exist. Low coverage in places. Please stay on open runs and respect all rope lines/trail closures, as they are there for your safety.

Night tickets are $49 for ages 25-69, $45 for ages 18-24, $39 for ages 13-17, $35 for ages 8-12, $7 for ages 7 & under and $30 for ages 70+. Save money for most ages when you purchase tickets in advance and online!
