Class: U16’s and older
Registration: 7:00 am to 8:00 am each morning prior to the race. Upper-Level of the Hampton Lodge.
Team Captains Meeting: Each morning, 7:45am in the Hampton Lodge. Coaches lift tickets will be handed out during the meeting. Additional coaches meetings as needed throughout the event.
Bibs: Issued each morning at registration by team. Please have 1 coach pick up the bibs and distribute to your team. All bibs turned in at finish line after each race, reissued by team each race morning.
Pre-race Registration: On line entries: www.mrst.us Click on races, then NW Cup Finals. It will take you to on line registration. Or you can do the traditional mail in entry using USSA race entry form.
Entry Deadline: Friday, March 28th (entries received, not postmarked). There is a $10 late fee for entries received after that date. Absolutely NO phone, FAX, or e-mail entries accepted. NO Day of Race Entries Accepted. Refunds will be given if entry is cancelled 24 hours in advance of the first race start. Refunds for online entries will incur a $5 fee to cover administrative and credit card fees charged by the site.
Entry Fee: $44 for 1 day, $88 for 2 days, $132 for 3 days. If entering by mail, make payment to MRSEF and include with USSA entry card. Entries received without payment will be considered late entries.

Lifts: $34 for competitors, purchase at Mission Ridge ticket office. Checks, cash, or credit card accepted. Do not send lift ticket money with registration. Elite Pass tickets will be available at Mission Ridge ticket office. Mission Ridge ticket office opens at 7:30am for racers and 8am for parents. All competitors must purchase a competitor ticket, no other discounts apply.
Early Lift for Competitors: Lifts open at 8am for competitors, one load only and 9am for parents.
Course Inspection: 8:30 – 9:15. Course closed at 9:15; 1st forerunner at 9:20.
Awards: Presented 30 minutes after each day’s race at the base area awards podium. Awards not claimed will be forfeited.
Race Volunteers: Anyone interested in volunteering to gate keep on race day can check in at registration. Volunteers receive a ticket for the day worked, plus one for an additional day of skiing during the 2013-14 ski season. Lunch and beverages provided.
Gear Bags: The Mission Ridge Lodge is relatively small. Bags left under tables or anywhere on the floor of the lodge will be moved to lost and found. Please help us keep our lodge easy to navigate.
Lodging: The Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel in Wenatchee. A block of rooms has been arranged for $82.00 per night with up to 4 people per room at no additional cost. The Coast Wenatchee Center will also have tuning space available. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED
Please make parents and spectators aware that access to the finish arena requires the use of a lift or a 20 minute walk via the summer road behind the lodge. Mission Ridge does not allow foot traffic on its ski runs or lifts nor do we provide any form of transportation to the race arena. A Chair #1 only ticket is $30.
